Kafka: "Passers-By"
Actors / production crew required to make a short film based on Kafka's "Passers-by" (http://franzkafkastories.com/shortStories.php?story_id=kafka_passers_by ).

Music Videos
Chloe Matharu is looking for someone to help shoot some good quality footage of her performing folk songs at the St Andrews Festival. They will be credited and help support an up-and-coming voice from St Andrews!
She is also looking to shoot two music videos for her newly-released album:
The first is a promotional film, aimed at festival organisers and so forth to exemplify Chloe's work, a bit like Julie Fowlis' video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qczDug2BNRo
The second is a more artistic interpretation of her work: songs that tell stories in the folk tradition. The song in question is about a woman leaving town on a train, perhaps in a similar style to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUpPzVLBEbg&ob=av2e
If you are interested, please contact Chloe at cm823@st-andrews.ac.uk for more information.

Plagiarism Campaign
In the coming weeks, the Education Committee will be overseeing a campaign against plagiarism. The idea has been put forward for a short film to be made, probably along similar lines to the anti-piracy videos ("you wouldn't steal a handbag") you see before films, except with books being stolen from the library. Anyone willing to help shoot or edit the film should get in contact with Chris Dickie at edu@st-andrews.ac.uk. A great opportunit for those looking for some experience!
